We are a Comprehensive Luggage Repair Care Center for Samsonite/Lark/American Tourister warranty repairs as well as many other brands.

Every bag that comes in for luggage repair is assigned it's own Case Worker that handles your bag with TLC from the time it arrives to the time it leaves our Luggage Repair Clinic.

All bags sent for repair must be accompanied by the following:

1. Payment/credit card information,
2. An explanation of the problem with the bag
3. A phone number with an answering machine/voice mail. It is preferable that the contact information include daytime and evening phone numbers.

Bags that do not include the above and are received in our repair facilitiy will be contacted within 24 hours of our receipt. If we are unable to contact the owner of the bag within 48 hours the bag will be returned unrepaired at the owners expense.
