Q: What’s Your Return Policy?
We have a hassle free return policy. You have up to 30 days from date purchase to request a refund or exchange. Products must arrive in unused/new condition with all original packaging and tags still attached. Before returning your item, please use a Return Authorization Form. Contact us to receive one.
Q: What Methods of Payment do you accept?
We currently accept all Visa, Master Card & Discover credit cards. We also accept a wide variety of debit cards. (processed as Visa or Mastercard)
Q: Am I able to pick up my order?
Yes, absolutely. If you are in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area, please come by our store. We look forward to your visit!
